Xgrast 300 Filgrastim Injection I.P. 300 mcg/0.5 ml

Xgrast 300 Injection is composed of Filgrastim which is a recombinant version of human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF). It is applied to induce the production of neutrophils and shorten the neutropenia of a patient receiving chemotherapy or bone marrow transplantation. The product comes in a ready to use pre-filled syringe to be injected intravenously or into the subcutaneous area under the supervision of a medical practitioner.
