Celrim TZ contains a combination of Cefepime (1000 mg) and Tazobactam (125 mg), used for the treatment of moderate to severe bacterial infections. Cefepime is a fourth-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, while Tazobactam acts as a β-lactamase inhibitor, providing enhanced coverage against resistant organisms.

For hospital use in treating severe respiratory, urinary, skin, intra-abdominal, and systemic infections.
