Sompraz HP is prescribed for:

• Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection
• Peptic ulcer disease
• Gastric ulcer
• Duodenal ulcer
• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) associated with H. pylori

This triple-therapy helps eradicate H. pylori bacteria and supports ulcer healing.

How to Take (As directed by Physician)

• Morning: Take Clarithromycin + Esomeprazole + Amoxicillin (yellow blister).
• Evening: Take Clarithromycin + Esomeprazole + Amoxicillin (pink blister).
• Complete full 7-day or 14-day course as prescribed.
