Ovunal SC 5000 IU

Ovulation Injection Ovulation SC 5000 IU Injection is a fertility medication that includes human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) applied to stimulate ovulation in women and to treat such conditions as male hypogonadism or low sperm count or undescended testes in boys under suitable circumstances. It is administered as an intramuscular, subcutaneous injection only on prescription by a medical professional as part of an assisted reproduction or infertility treatment regimen in combination with other fertility hormones like FSH.

Ovunal SC 5000 IU contains the hormone Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) at a strength of 5000 IU.

In women, it helps stimulate ovulation — i.e. development and release of eggs from the ovaries — and is used for infertility treatment.

In men, it is used to treat conditions like low sperm count or hypogonadism  by stimulating testosterone and sperm production.
